We are seeking an
IT & Infrastructure Manager
to oversee our technology infrastructure and ensure the security, reliability, and scalability of our systems that support both internal teams and customer-facing platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure Management

  • Manage and deploy cloud infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, databases, and firewalls.
  • Experience with the
    Ubiquiti UniFi ecosystem
    , including firewalls, UniFi Dream Machine (UDM), VPN, access points, CCTV, and door access solutions.
  • Familiarity with site-to-site networking and multi-site infrastructure management.
  • Oversee deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of IT systems, ensuring uptime, scalability, and performance.
  • Lead disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity planning.

Security & Compliance

  • Ensure data protection, system security, and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Implement IT policies, access control, and risk management practices.

IT Operations & Support

  • Oversee IT helpdesk function, ensuring timely resolution of employee IT issues.
  • Manage hardware, software, and licenses across departments.
  • Provide support for customer-facing systems (website, app) in collaboration with engineering.

Collaboration & Leadership

  • Work closely with engineering, product, and data science teams to align infrastructure with business needs.
  • Support customer support team with reliable systems and tools.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate IT-related contracts.

Innovation & Optimization

  • Continuously evaluate emerging technologies to improve cost efficiency, performance, and reliability.
  • Drive initiatives to improve system monitoring, automation, and DevOps practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with ability to work under pressure in a high-availability environment.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have

Knowledge of:

  • Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Networking, firewalls, VPNs, and system administration
  • Security frameworks and compliance standards (ISO, GDPR, PCI-DSS preferred)
