Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Advisor located in Rawalpindi. The Service Advisor will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, scheduling service appointments, and coordinating with the workshop team to ensure timely and efficient service delivery. Additionally, the role involves providing accurate cost estimates, explaining repair procedures to customers, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the service process.

  • Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures
  • Problem-solving and Decision-making skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
