Role Description

The Senior Sales Advisor is a full-time, on-site position located in Rawalpindi. Responsibilities include managing customer interactions, driving sales goals, addressing client needs with tailored solutions, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role also involves maintaining product knowledge, training junior sales staff, and contributing to the development of sales strategies to meet company objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong Sales and Customer Service skills to assist clients and meet sales targets.
  • Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal Skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Experience in Training and mentoring team members to enhance sales performance.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities and goal-oriented attitude.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in real estate or a related industry is an advantage.
