Hashlogics, a Lahore-based software development company, is expanding its team and looking for passionate Software Engineers willing to work on either JavaScript or Python to join our growing team.As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining robust applications, troubleshooting software issues, and collaborating with the team to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Analyzed, identified, and resolved software issues to ensure optimal performance and functionality across both traditional and AI-driven applications.
  • Wrote clean, maintainable, and scalable code for a variety of software solutions, including those integrating AI/ML models and third-party AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face, AWS AI services).
  • Designed, developed, tested, and implemented RESTful APIs, including endpoints serving or consuming AI model predictions and outputs.
  • Built responsive and user-focused applications using provided wireframes and detailed requirements, integrating AI features such as natural language processing, intelligent search, or recommendation systems.
  • Worked on full-stack development leveraging the MERN stack and extended functionality with AI/ML tools where needed (e.g., chatbot integration, automated insights).
  • Participated in sprint planning and execution to ensure timely and efficient delivery of features, including iterative deployment of AI-powered enhancements.
  • Maintained comprehensive documentation for code, AI model integration workflows, training pipelines, API specifications, and project milestones.
  • Collaborated with cross-functional teams—including data scientists and ML engineers—and communicated effectively with stakeholders to understand and meet product goals involving AI components.
  • Contributed creative ideas and innovative AI-based solutions to improve user experience, team productivity, and product intelligence.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in full-stack development, with at least 1 year involving AI tool integration or usage.
  • Strong knowledge of the MERN stack and experience working with AI/ML frameworks or platforms (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, OpenAI API).
  • Proven experience in building, deploying, and integrating APIs, including those that serve AI models or leverage cloud-based AI services.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a strategic, data-driven, and detail-oriented approach.
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities within team environments, especially in cross-disciplinary settings involving AI/ML teams.
