Client Services Executive

The Role:
The Client Services Executive (CSE) will provide administrative and operational support to Client Advisors and the wider Client Services team. The role is designed for a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational and numerical skills who can manage routine processes efficiently while learning and contributing to broader financial and investment-related tasks over time.
Initially, the focus will be on internal support, compliance documentation, and financial presentations. Over time, the role will offer opportunities to develop skills in wealth management operations and client servicing.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative and Operational Support
- Prepare, maintain, and process client documentation, including compliance forms, account maintenance files, and onboarding documents.
- Support in preparing presentations, reports, and financial summaries for client advisors and management.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with documentation and data integrity standards.
- Schedule meetings, take minutes, and track follow-up actions.
- Assist with day-to-day office coordination and administrative workflows to ensure timely task completion.
Financial and Analytical Support
- Support the preparation of cash flow statements, account summaries, and investment performance updates.
- Assist in tracking client portfolios, preparing financial dashboards, and monitoring key deadlines.
- Coordinate with Finance for invoice processing, settlements, and record maintenance.
- Contribute to basic analytical work related to investment performance and reporting after training.
Internal Coordination and Stakeholder Support
- Collaborate with Client Advisors, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure smooth internal workflows.
- Support communication between teams and follow up on assigned deliverables.
- Participate in internal reviews and prepare supporting material for client service reports.
Skills and Attributes
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Good command of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong numerical aptitude and ability to work with financial data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proactive, reliable, and able to manage routine work independently.
- Professional demeanour and ability to interact with various stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience
- CA, ACCA or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or Economics.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in administrative, financial, or client service support roles, ideally within a corporate, financial services, or family office environment.
- Exposure to KYC, compliance, or investment documentation processes is preferred.
- Willingness to learn and grow into more advanced client service or investment support responsibilities.
