Job Title: Client Relationship Executive (Female)
Location: Site Sales Office – Radisson Blu Hotel & Residences, a Project by J7 Global, Mumtaz City, Islamabad
Job Description:
We are hiring a female Client Relationship Executive to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. The candidate will be responsible for handling client follow-ups, ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving client issues, and managing real estate leads in a professional and timely manner.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day communication with clients
- Conduct timely follow-ups on sales and real estate leads
- Maintain records of client interactions in CRM software
- Ensure client satisfaction and resolve issues promptly
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for client updates
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, or related field)
- 0-1 years of relevant experience in CSR.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
