Job Responsibilities:

  • Bidding on platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, and LinkedIn
  • Writing custom and attractive proposals to secure projects
  • Communicating with international clients effectively
  • Understanding client requirements and coordinating with the development team
  • Managing the sales pipeline and maintaining client relationships
  • Working with management to achieve monthly targets
  • Reporting daily progress and lead conversions

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Freelancer Bidder or Business Development Executive
  • Strong communication and writing skills (English)
  • Knowledge of IT services (Web, App, and Digital Marketing)
  • Must be target-oriented and self-motivated
