Role Overview:

We're looking for a Senior Bidder to join our team and take charge of client acquisition across freelance platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, and Freelancer. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting compelling proposals, building strong client relationships, and ensuring successful project wins. You'll work closely with our development and design teams to align proposals with business goals and deliver value-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and submit professional bids on platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, and Freelancer.

Analyze client requirements and create tailored proposals that stand out.

Communicate effectively with clients to build trust and long-term relationships.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposals are aligned with capabilities.

Research market trends and client needs to enhance proposal success rates.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in bidding, especially on Upwork.

Strong understanding of web development, UI/UX design, and IT services.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Skilled in negotiation, requirement analysis, and problem-solving.

Ability to work independently as well as within a team.

1–2 years of relevant experience minimum.
