About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inbound Sales Executive to join our dynamic call center team. In this role, you will handle incoming customer inquiries, provide product or service information, and convert calls into sales opportunities. Your ability to listen actively, understand customer needs, and offer effective solutions will be critical to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls from prospective and existing customers
  • Understand customer requirements and offer suitable product/service solutions
  • Close sales and meet or exceed monthly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM systems
  • Stay updated with product knowledge, company policies, and promotional offers

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an inbound sales or call center environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools

Salary Package :

Basic Salary 35,000PKR Including with 10,000PKR KPI's (Keep Performance Indicators)

Incentives based on per sale make upto 100k

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35, Rs100,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
