Job Summary

TechMatter is looking for a skilled and proactive
Manager – System Support & Infrastructure
to lead the management, security, and performance of our multi-site IT environment. The role requires overseeing server infrastructure, network connectivity, backups, and user support, while managing a team to ensure high availability and secure IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and maintain centralized Active Directory and domain services.
  • Plan, deploy, and manage Read-Only Domain Controllers (RODC) at branch locations.
  • Supervise file servers, virtualization hosts (VMware/Hyper-V), and storage systems.
  • Ensure reliable daily backups and disaster recovery solutions.
  • Implement LAN/WAN optimization, network security policies, and firewall rules.
  • Monitor and address cybersecurity risks across all sites.
  • Lead the IT support team to deliver high-quality technical assistance to end-users.
  • Maintain documentation for infrastructure, policies, and procedures.
  • Plan and execute infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and expansions.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Minimum Graduate degree or Master degree holder.
  • Must have 4 to 5 years of experience in Manager domain.
