Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Support Staff member located in Karāchi. The Support Staff will be responsible for providing technical support, assisting customers with software and system inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining accurate records of all interactions. Day-to-day tasks also include safeguarding data, collaborating with team members, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in providing technical support and resolving technical issues
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in safeguarding data and ensuring compliance with regulations
  • Experience working in a support role
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Prior experience in the software or digital marketing industry is a plus
  • Relevant certifications or a degree in a related field is beneficial
