About Us:

SG Allied Businesses Limited is one of Pakistan's fastest-growing agribusiness groups, operating advanced white-button mushroom production facilities, vertical farms, and agri-tech ventures. We are expanding our mushroom division and seeking a capable, energetic Deputy Manager who can support and lead key production functions.

Role Overview:

The Deputy Manager (Mushroom Production) will assist the Production Manager in daily operations including composting, spawning, crop management, harvesting, and quality control. The role requires strong organisational ability, technical understanding, and leadership skills to ensure smooth and efficient production cycles.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in managing complete mushroom production cycle (Phase I & II compost, spawning, incubation, cropping).

* Monitor environmental controls (temperature, humidity, CO₂) and ensure optimum growing conditions.

* Supervise teams involved in compost preparation, casing soil making, harvesting, grading and packing.

* Maintain production logs, batch reports, hygiene and quality standards.

* Coordinate raw material procurement and ensure timely availability.

* Identify issues in production and support implementation of corrective actions.

* Assist in staff training, daily task allocation and overall workflow management.

* Ensure strict compliance with food-safety and biosecurity SOPs.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Plant Sciences, Microbiology, or related field.

* Minimum 2–3 years of production experience (mushroom experience preferred but not mandatory).

* Strong understanding of controlled-environment agriculture or horticulture operations.

* Ability to lead teams, follow SOPs and meet production deadlines.

* Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.

* Age: 28–40 years.
