SG Allied Businesses Limited is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Agriculture Production Supervisor to oversee operations in our Mushroom Production and Compost Production departments. Key Responsibilities

Operational Supervision

  • Oversee daily production activities, including mushroom growing, composting, and harvesting.
  • Monitor production schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Manage workflow and allocate resources efficiently across the team.

Quality Control

  • Ensure all products meet established quality standards.
  • Conduct inspections and tests throughout the production process.
  • Implement corrective actions to address quality issues.

Team Management

  • Lead and supervise a team of workers, providing clear instructions and support.
  • Train staff on standard operating procedures, safety protocols, and best practices.
  • Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback.

Process Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to optimize production processes and reduce waste.
  • Implement and maintain continuous improvement initiatives.

Safety and Compliance

  • Enforce compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
  • Maintain accurate records related to production, safety, and quality.

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Science or Bachelor's Degree in Science (preferred fields: Agriculture, Biology, or Environmental Science).

Experience:

  • At least 2 years' experience in production supervision, especially in agriculture or food production, is an advantage.

Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.
