We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven professional to join our team as
Deputy Director – New Product Development
. This role combines business management and brand leadership to drive innovation, launch new products, and strengthen our FMCG portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end development of new products, from concept to market launch.
  • Act as both
    Business Manager
    and
    Brand Manager
    , ensuring commercial success and strong brand positioning.
  • Conduct market research and consumer insight analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
  • Collaborate with R&D, supply chain, sales, and marketing teams for timely and cost-effective product development.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies, promotional plans, and pricing models.
  • Monitor product performance, profitability, and market share while driving continuous improvements.
  • Manage budgets, ensure financial viability, and oversee P&L for assigned categories.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 8–10 years of experience in FMCG, with strong exposure to brand management and product development.
  • Proven track record of launching successful FMCG products.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and commercial acumen.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
