Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager - Sales & Marketing (Design Industry)

Location: Clifton, Karachi

Job Type: Full-time

We are looking for an experienced Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager to join our team and drive business growth in the design industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating leads, securing new projects, and building relationships across international markets (UK, USA, UAE).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to increase visibility and business growth
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the design and creative sectors
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and industry stakeholders
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth
  • Work closely with internal teams to align sales strategies with project delivery

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Design, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the design or creative services industry
  • Proven experience in international markets (UK, USA, UAE)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
