Job Title: Senior Accountant - OB Hospitality Group

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the overall accounting function, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, fixed assets, and general ledger maintenance.
  • Oversee all accounts receivable and payable transactions, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Perform monthly reconciliations of all bank and ledger accounts.
  • Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with audit, tax (FBR, PRA, SRB), and other regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate and support internal and external audits.
  • Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Generate and deliver timely financial reports and insights to senior management.
  • Maintain organized recordkeeping and filing systems.
  • Ensure the safekeeping and confidentiality of original company documents.
  • Supervise and guide junior accounting staff, assistants, and bookkeepers.
  • Review, plan, and assign accounting staff workload effectively.
  • Address and resolve billing, invoicing, and payment-related issues.
  • Ensure ERP and functional reports are accurately generated and submitted to the Finance Manager.
  • Assist HR/Payroll Lead and ERP Lead as needed.
  • Produce error-free accounting reports and present results to management.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
  • Experience with ERP systems is preferred.
