We're looking for a talented
AI Engineer
to join our Karachi team and help us train, fine-tune, and deploy cutting-edge AI models that power our global products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research, train, and fine-tune STT, LLMs, and TTS models.
  • Build pipelines for data collection, cleaning, labeling, and classification for AI training.
  • Optimize and scale AI models for real-time performance in production environments.
  • Experiment with prompt engineering, parameter tuning, and model evaluation metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate models into live applications.
  • Stay updated with state-of-the-art AI advancements in speech and language domains.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, AI, or related field.
  • Hands-on experience with STT, LLM, and TTS models (training + fine-tuning).
  • Strong knowledge of PyTorch / TensorFlow and Hugging Face Transformers.
  • Experience in data gathering, preprocessing, and classification.
  • Familiarity with speech processing, NLP pipelines, and model deployment.
  • Comfortable working in Linux environments and using GPU acceleration.
  • Bonus: Experience real-time WebSocket STT/TTS pipelines.
