We're Hiring: AI Engineers (Karachi, On-site)

Verior is looking for talented and motivated AI Engineers to join our team in Karachi. We are seeking professionals with a strong background in Python and hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), LangChain, and related AI frameworks. The ideal candidate should have deep technical knowledge, a problem-solving mindset, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain AI-driven systems and applications.
  • Work with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, etc.) and build intelligent workflows using LangChain and similar frameworks.
  • Fine-tune, optimize, and evaluate AI models for various business use cases.
  • Develop and integrate embeddings, vector databases, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines.
  • Collaborate with backend and frontend teams to integrate AI functionalities into production systems.
  • Write clean, efficient, and reusable Python code following best practices.
  • Use Git for version control and team collaboration.
  • Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI, ML, and NLP technologies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in AI or software development.
  • Strong command of Python, DSA, and OOP concepts.
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs, LangChain, and Prompt Engineering.
  • Solid understanding of model architectures, embeddings, and fine-tuning techniques.
  • Experience working with Vector Databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Git and collaborative development workflows.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site, team-oriented environment.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
  • Familiarity with FastAPI, Docker, and cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Understanding of agent-based AI systems and advanced model integrations.
