We are seeking a proactive Marketing Executive to join our team for the Brand Manager Track. In this role, you will work under the direct supervision of the Brand Manager, collaborating with creative and production agencies to oversee all content production efforts. You will be responsible for maintaining the content calendar, coordinating influencer shoots, and managing photography, videography, and design projects. This position is designed to fast-track the right candidate to Associate Brand Manager within 9–12 months, contingent on performance.
Key Responsibilities
Content Production Management
Oversee content development from ideation to final delivery (including photography, videography, design, and copy).
Coordinate with creative agencies, production houses, and freelance talent to ensure high-quality, on-brand deliverables.
Maintain and update the master content calendar to align with overall marketing and brand objectives.
Agency & Vendor Coordination
Serve as the primary point of contact for external creative and production partners.
Negotiate rates, timelines, and deliverables with vendors.
Provide clear briefs, brand guidelines, and feedback to ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget.
Influencer & PR Management
Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors.
Plan and coordinate influencer photoshoots, video content, and live events.
Track and analyze influencer engagement and ROI.
Develop industry relations within the media sector, especially digital magazines like Startup Pakistan so we can get bulk deals.
Brand Consistency & Communication
Ensure all marketing collateral adheres to established brand guidelines and messaging.
Collaborate with internal teams to create cohesive brand narratives across channels (e.g., social media, email, web).
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to keep the brand's communication fresh and relevant.
Project Coordination & Timeline Management
Manage production schedules to ensure timely completion of all creative projects.
Keep stakeholders informed of project statuses, potential issues, and proposed solutions.
Assist the Brand Manager in developing project workflows, improving processes, and allocating resources efficiently.
Data Tracking & Reporting
Collect and analyze metrics related to content performance (e.g., engagement, reach, conversions).
Present insights and recommendations to the Brand Manager to optimize future content strategies.
Maintain comprehensive reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) for review by senior leadership.
Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or brand management (agency or in-house).
Project Management: Proven ability to coordinate multiple projects, manage timelines, and work with diverse stakeholders.
Creative Acumen: Familiarity with content production processes (photography, videography, graphic design) and working with creative tools or agencies.
Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data, derive insights, and optimize content strategies accordingly.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; comfortable presenting ideas and feedback to stakeholders at all levels.
Collaboration: A team player who can build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Growth Mindset: Eagerness to learn and take initiative, with a demonstrated passion for brand-building and creative marketing.
