Product Manager

Propellus is a Singapore-based travel-tech platform transforming how people apply for visas and travel globally. We partner with online travel agencies (OTAs), travel agents, and suppliers to automate visa processing, streamline workflows, and enhance traveler experiences using AI-driven document extraction, eligibility engines, and intelligent order routing.

We are building the future of global mobility, one that is faster, smarter, and powered by automation. As we expand across South Asia and the Middle East, we are looking for a passionate Product Manager to join our founding team in Pakistan.

Role Overview

As a Product Manager at Propellus, you will own the end-to-end delivery of AI-enabled travel and visa solutions. You will act as the bridge between business strategy, design, and technology, driving the roadmap, managing product execution, and ensuring world-class delivery across our platform.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, data, and operations, while leveraging AI insights to prioritize what truly matters for travelers, agents, and suppliers.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Founders and Product Leadership to define and evolve Propellus's product roadmap aligned with the company vision.
• Use AI-driven insights, data analytics, and customer behavior to refine priorities and identify opportunities for automation and innovation.
• Champion an AI-first product mindset that emphasizes efficiency, scalability, and intelligence in every feature delivered.
• Create and maintain a well-structured product backlog aligned with sprint goals and business milestones.
• Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics that ensure development teams have unambiguous delivery targets.
• Drive sprint ceremonies (planning,  backlog grooming, demos) and ensure clear communication of priorities to engineering and design teams.
• Integrate AI and machine learning features into product design and decision-making (e.g., OCR, chatbots, eligibility engines).
• Conduct AI-assisted user research to understand traveler and agent behavior and feed those insights back into roadmap planning.
• Collaborate with designers to deliver user interfaces enhanced by intelligent automation, personalization, and predictive analytics.
• Serve as the primary liaison between Product, Engineering, Design, and Operations, ensuring seamless communication and accountability.
• Partner with QA, Data, and Growth teams to monitor performance metrics and iterate on product enhancements.
• Coordinate with external technology vendors, suppliers, and integration partners to align deliverables and SLAs.
• Monitor adoption, conversion, and engagement metrics using analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Power BI, etc.).
• Identify bottlenecks or low-performing areas and develop solutions grounded in quantitative and qualitative data.
• Lead post-launch reviews to validate hypotheses, measure ROI, and evolve the roadmap.
• Act as the voice of the product in internal and external meetings, clearly articulating goals, trade-offs, and decisions.
• Deliver product updates, demos, and progress reports to founders and key stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Product Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or equivalent role in SaaS or tech startups.
• Proven experience working with Agile / Scrum teams and managing the full product lifecycle—from discovery to launch.
• Strong understanding of AI and automation concepts (OCR, NLP, recommendation systems, etc.).
• Familiarity with UI/UX principles, Figma, and user testing processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for working with cross-functional global teams.
• Analytical mindset with experience using tools such as Mixpanel or Google Analytics
• Self-starter mentality with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Experience in the travel or visa processing industry is a plus
• Prior work in B2B SaaS platforms or marketplaces is nice to have
