Key Responsibilities

1. Content & Engagement

a. Create and publish engaging posts featuring company updates, product highlights,

thought pieces, and testimonials.

b. Plan and manage a monthly LinkedIn calendar to ensure consistent communication.

c. Collaborate with designers and marketing teams to maintain a refined and cohesive

brand image.

d. Engage with followers through comments, replies, and professional discussions to

grow reach and credibility.

2. Lead Generation & Outreach

a. Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and target qualified B2B leads.

b. Build professional relationships with C-level executives, retailers, distributors, and

key decision-makers.

c. Send tailored connection requests, manage follow-ups, and nurture leads through one

on-one engagement.

3. Sales & Proposal Support

a. Present brand offerings and partnership opportunities through LinkedIn chat, email,

and online meetings.

b. Draft proposals, manage lead pipelines, and track engagement progress.

c. Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for smooth handovers and lead

conversions.

4. Analytics & Reporting

a. Track engagement metrics such as impressions, replies, and conversions.

b. Identify high-performing content and strategies to refine future campaigns.

c. Prepare monthly reports with performance insights and recommendations.

5. Market & Competitor Research

a. Stay informed on LinkedIn trends, updates, and best practices.

b. Monitor competitor activity to identify new opportunities for brand visibility.

c. Maintain professionalism and brand tone in all online interactions.
Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

  2. 1–2 years of experience in B2B LinkedIn engagement or lead generation (experience with a

luxury or marketing agency is preferred).

  1. Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and C-level prospecting.

  2. Excellent written English with a polished communication style.

  3. Bonus: Ability to design visually appealing posts using Canva or similar tools.

    1. Understanding of digital sales funnels and lead conversion.
