Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Karachi Division for an Upwork Bidder. The Upwork Bidder will be responsible for identifying and bidding on relevant projects, managing client communications, preparing proposals, and maintaining relationships with clients. Additionally, the candidate will track market trends, analyze client needs, and work closely with the team to ensure project success.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in preparing proposals and understanding client requirements
- Familiarity with Upwork or other freelancing platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in using project management and CRM software
- Relevant experience in software development or IT industry is a plus
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
