Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Director, located in Lahore. The Marketing Director will oversee marketing management and planning, conduct market research, and implement strategies to drive brand growth and customer engagement. The role involves close collaboration with sales teams, analyzing market trends, and developing initiatives to enhance the company's market presence while ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. Leadership and cross-functional communication will be key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Marketing Management, Market Planning, and Marketing strategies
  • Experience with Market Research and the ability to analyze and act on market insights
  • Strong background in sales and fostering collaboration between marketing and sales teams
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
  • Proven ability to manage and execute marketing campaigns effectively
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in the food and agro commodities sector is a strong plus
