Job Description – Digital Marketing Director
Position Overview
We are looking for a
visionary Digital Marketing Director
to lead our global digital strategy and brand growth initiatives. This senior leadership role requires an
exceptional strategist and creative thinker
with the ability to build powerful brand narratives, design innovative digital campaigns, and deliver measurable business results. The ideal candidate will have
10+ years of experience
in the
Real Estate and IT industries
, with deep knowledge of
global market trends, consumer behavior, PR, influencer marketing, and performance-driven campaigns
.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership
- Define and implement the overall
digital marketing vision, roadmap, and strategies
to enhance brand reputation and global reach. - Drive integrated marketing campaigns across
paid, owned, and earned media
channels. - Align digital marketing initiatives with corporate goals, sales strategies, and market expansion plans.
2. Brand Building & Positioning
- Strengthen brand identity, storytelling, and market positioning across international markets.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints and campaigns.
- Monitor
global industry trends and competitor strategies
to stay ahead in innovation.
3. Performance Marketing
- Oversee paid media strategies including
Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, and programmatic advertising
. - Optimize campaigns for
ROI, lead generation, and revenue growth
. - Manage SEO/SEM, retargeting, and growth marketing funnels.
4. Social Media & Influencer Marketing
- Direct
social media strategy, content direction, and community engagement
. - Build influencer and partnership ecosystems to drive authentic engagement and market credibility.
- Lead PR strategies to enhance visibility in both traditional and digital media.
5. Data & Analytics
- Establish KPIs, dashboards, and performance frameworks to evaluate marketing success.
- Use insights from
Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and advanced analytics tools
to guide decision-making. - Implement data-driven marketing automation and personalization strategies.
6. Team & Stakeholder Management
- Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership, product, and sales teams to align efforts.
- Manage marketing budgets, vendors, and agency relationships efficiently.
Requirements
- Experience:
10+ years in digital marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. - Industry Expertise:
Strong background in
Real Estate and IT industries
with proven global campaign management experience. - Core Skills:
- Expert in
performance marketing, PR, influencer management, and digital branding
. - Strong knowledge of
global market trends, emerging platforms, and consumer insights
. - Proficiency in
Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO/SEM, and marketing automation tools
. - Leadership:
Track record of leading teams, managing large budgets, and delivering impactful results. - Education:
MBA/ Master's in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field (preferred).
