is seeking a
Marketing Director
to spearhead our growth and brand strategy as we scale.

Alethea AI Labs is at the forefront of the Agentic AI movement across industries, building the foundation for decentralized AI. Through partnerships with Solana Mobile, AWS, OpenSea, and many more, we've launched the world's first intelligent NFTs (iNFTs), expanded our AI capabilities, and brought on-chain AI agents to mobile.

As Marketing Director, you will drive our brand narrative and marketing strategy at the highest level. This means leading a talented team, forging strategic partnerships, and amplifying Alethea AI Labs' presence in the AI and Web3 ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with Alethea AI Labs' vision and business goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and high performance.
  • Oversee all marketing channels (digital, social, content, events) to ensure consistent messaging and strong engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional leaders (Product, Sales, Community) and external partners to amplify our reach and impact.
  • Analyze market trends and campaign performance, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and drive growth.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of marketing experience (with leadership roles), ideally in tech, AI, blockchain, or gaming sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in building brand awareness and community engagement for innovative products or platforms.
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate vision into actionable marketing plans.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a talent for inspiring others.
  • Exceptional communication and networking abilities to represent Alethea AI Labs in the industry.
  • Based in (or willing to relocate to) Lahore, Pakistan – this is a full-time on-site role.
