Key Responsibilities:
Client Management
- Approach and onboard new clients who have hiring needs.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing business.
Candidate Sourcing & Screening
- Post job ads on platforms like Indeed and LinkedIn.
- Review applications, shortlist candidates, and conduct initial interviews.
- Match suitable candidates to client requirements.
Recruitment Process Coordination
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Track recruitment progress for each role.
- Ensure all documentation is complete before placement.
Sales & Revenue Generation
- Achieve monthly targets for placements.
- Negotiate and close recruitment deals.
- Ensure timely payment collection.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in HR, recruitment, or sales is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work on multiple job roles at once.
- Familiarity with job portals such as Indeed & LinkedIn.
- Target-driven with a positive attitude.
