Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist, located in Karachi. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the full life cycle of recruiting and managing hiring processes. Other day-to-day tasks include conducting interviews, sourcing and attracting candidates, and collaborating with hiring managers to drive the recruitment strategy.

Qualifications

  • Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting skills
  • Experience in Hiring and Interviewing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Experience in talent acquisition and human resources is a plus
