We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Data Entry Officer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for entering and maintaining daily operational and financial data in the Odoo system while supporting the overall accounting process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and update daily operational and financial data into the Odoo system.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of accounting records.
  • Assist the Senior Accountants in day-to-day accounting and reporting tasks.
  • Assist in maintaining proper documentation and filing of records.
  • Coordinate with team members to support smooth financial operations.

  • Provide timely reports and updates to the Manager.

  • Preferred Qualifications:

  • Qualification: B.Com, or Accounting & Finance Graduate.
  • Experience: 0–6 months.
  • Basic understanding of the accounting cycle.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with numbers accurately.
  • Odoo ERP experience preferred (Training will be provided if required).
