Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead sales operations at our outlet. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, proven sales experience, and the ability to manage customer relationships effectively. This role requires both leadership and direct sales involvement to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, ensuring a professional and friendly environment.

Provide expert product knowledge, advice, and guidance to customers.

Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints effectively to maintain satisfaction.

Collaborate with team members and other departments to drive sales and meet company goals.

Monitor sales performance, motivate the team, and implement strategies to maximize revenue.

Ensure store policies and procedures are followed to maintain standards.

Achieve both individual and team-based sales targets.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of proven sales experience in any field (retail experience preferred).

Minimum qualification: **Intermediate education**.

Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Ability to work full-time (9:30 AM – 8:00 PM).

Must be a resident of Rawalpindi / Islamabad, living with family (outsiders / bachelors are not eligible as per company policy).

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive salary package.

Attractive commission starting from PKR 1,000 to 100,000+ based on performance.
