We're Hiring: Senior Manager / Manager – Corporate Strategy

Location: Rawalpindi / Islamabad

Department: Strategy & M&A

About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven Senior Manager / Manager – Corporate Strategy to join our leadership team. The role reports directly to the Director Strategy & M&A and is positioned at N-2 level.

This is a pivotal position responsible for driving corporate strategy, market growth, innovation, and ESG integration across the organization. The ideal candidate will work closely with executive leadership to shape long-term strategy, oversee cross-functional initiatives, and ensure alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and refine corporate strategy with executive leadership

Conduct market intelligence & competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and risks

Integrate ESG principles into corporate strategies

Oversee cross-functional strategic initiatives from conception to execution

Engage stakeholders and communicate insights to senior leadership

Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement

Collaborate with business units and mentor team members

Prepare and present strategic reports to leadership

What We're Looking For

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics (MBA preferred)

Skills & Competencies:

  • Proven leadership in strategy development & execution
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication & stakeholder management
  • Experience in innovation, technology adoption, and ESG integration

Experience:

  • 10+ years in corporate strategy / management consulting
  • Preferably within industrial or manufacturing environments
