We are a renowned restaurant group seeking a skilled and passionate Sous Chef to join our culinary team in Lahore. If you specialize in Continental, Japanese, or Chinese cuisine and are ready to take your career to the next level, we want to hear from you
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Executive Chef in overseeing the daily kitchen operations.
Ensure food is prepared and presented according to restaurant standards.
Supervise and lead kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Help develop new menu items and contribute to recipe development.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and stock control.
Assist with training and mentoring junior kitchen staff.
Requirements:
Male & Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a Sous Chef role.
Expertise in Continental, Japanese, or Chinese cuisine is preferred.
Strong leadership, multitasking, and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume environment.
A creative flair for developing new dishes and improving food offerings.
