We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy IT Support Specialist (Fresh Graduate) to join our IT team. This role is perfect for recent graduates who want to build hands-on experience in troubleshooting, system support, and technical assistance. You will support end-users, maintain IT equipment, assist with network and system tasks, and help ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support to employees via phone, email, or in person
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment
  • Assist with system updates, patching, and routine maintenance
  • Support onboarding by setting up user accounts, devices, and access permissions
  • Document issues, resolutions, and update IT knowledge base
  • Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when needed
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and procedures
  • Assist with inventory management of IT assets

Requirements

  • Recent graduate with a degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Networking, or related field
  • Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS, or Linux)
  • Knowledge of computer hardware, networks, and troubleshooting techniques
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic IT issues
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a professional IT environment
  • Ability to work independently and within a team

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Internship, Fresher

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: Rs5,000.00 per month
