We're looking for a motivated Online Merchandising Intern who's eager to learn how products are positioned, presented, and optimized across e-commerce platforms. This role is perfect for someone interested in digital marketing, product presentation, and online retail operations.

Role Overview

As an Online Merchandising Intern, you will assist our team in managing and improving product listings, analyzing online performance, and ensuring that our brand is represented beautifully and consistently across all digital channels.

You'll gain hands-on experience in Shopify, Amazon, and other e-commerce platforms, while developing an understanding of how online merchandising drives sales and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating, uploading, and maintaining product listings (titles, descriptions, images, and attributes).
  • Support in organizing product categories and ensuring accurate inventory representation.
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure visuals meet brand standards.
  • Conduct competitor research and market trend analysis.
  • Monitor product performance and support the team in preparing reports.
  • Help optimize product pages for better visibility and conversion rates.
  • Coordinate with UK and local teams to ensure smooth execution of online merchandising activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (completed or ongoing) in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in e-commerce, online retail, or merchandising.
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of Shopify, Amazon, or other e-commerce platforms is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and comfort with digital tools.
  • A proactive learner with the ability to work independently and within a team.
