Imran Idrees Groupis currently hiring a qualified and responsible Operation Theater Assistant (OTA) to support surgical procedures and ensure smooth functioning of the operation theater. We are looking for candidates who are skilled, reliable, and committed to patient safety.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist surgeons, anesthetists, and nursing staff during surgical procedures.

· Prepare and maintain operation theater instruments, equipment, and supplies.

· Ensure sterilization of surgical tools and cleanliness of the OT environment.

· Transport patients to and from the operation theater.

· Adhere to infection control protocols and assist with post-operative clean-up.

· Maintain proper records and assist in inventory management of OT supplies.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

· Diploma in Operation Theater Technology from a recognized institute.

· Certification from Punjab Medical Faculty or relevant regulatory body.

· 1–2 years of relevant experience in a hospital OT setting preferred.

· Strong understanding of surgical instruments, aseptic techniques, and OT protocols.

· Physically fit, punctual, and able to work in high-pressure environments.

· Team player with good communication and organizational skills.
