We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Purchase Manager to support our procurement operations. The ideal candidate will assist in sourcing materials, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring timely procurement in alignment with organizational needs. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with 1–2 years of relevant experience to advance their careers in a dynamic and growth-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist in the procurement of goods and services as per company requirements.

· Coordinate with suppliers to obtain quotations, negotiate prices, finalize purchase orders.

· Monitor inventory levels and assist in maintaining optimal stock levels.

· Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance.

· Support the Purchase Manager in evaluating suppliers and tracking delivery schedules.

· Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.

· Liaise with internal departments to understand and fulfill purchasing needs.

Skills & Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

· 5-7 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role.

· Strong communication and negotiation skills.

· Basic knowledge of procurement software , ERP and MS Office (especially Excel).

· High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.

· Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
