Children of Adam (CoA) Pakistan was established as a Trust on May 12, 2020, though its predecessor, Bani Adam, was registered in the USA in 2011. Operating in various parts of the world, CoA provides assistance in food and shelter to those in need. Our countries of operation include Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Rwanda, Syria, and Yemen. Focus projects in Pakistan include education for out of school children, hygiene awareness, providing safe drinking water, lighting homes in rural areas, creating opportunities for transgender individuals, and offering advanced eye care. The organization actively involves the community in all its projects.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Fundraising, based in Karachi Division. The Head of Fundraising will be responsible for developing and implementing fundraising strategies, engaging and managing relationships with major donors, and cultivating new philanthropic opportunities. Day-to-day tasks will include planning and executing fundraising events, preparing grant proposals, collaborating with the communications team for promotional activities, and ensuring donor satisfaction through regular updates and reports.

  • Bachelor's degree in Nonprofit Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the nonprofit sector is a plus.
