Job Title: HR Officer – Karachi Campus

Location: Karachi (On-site)

Reporting To: Head Office – Islamabad

About the Role

International Centre of Excellence (ICE) is looking for an HR Officer for its Karachi Campus. This role is ideal for someone with experience in the education sector, focused on daily attendance management and supporting the Head Office in recruitment and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and share daily attendance and leave records with the Head Office.

Support talent acquisition: job postings, resume collection, interview coordination, and sharing final selections with the Head Office.

Facilitate onboarding and exit clearances for Karachi campus employees.

Act as the first point of HR support at Karachi campus, ensuring smooth coordination with the Head Office.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in HR/Business Administration.

1–2 years of HR experience, preferably in the education sector.

Strong coordination, reporting, and communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools.
