Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Executive. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing and maintaining client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include handling inquiries, providing detailed reports, coordinating with the sales and marketing teams, and facilitating communication between clients and the company.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in account management and client relationship management
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to address client needs effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales and marketing experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the entertainment or hospitality industry is a plus
