Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day financial transactions, ensure accurate record-keeping, and support the overall financial health of the company. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, attention to detail, and a hands-on approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update general ledger accounts.
  • Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts.
  • Reconcile bank statements and company accounts monthly.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable.
  • Monitor company expenses and report variances.
  • Assist with tax filings, audits, and compliance documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for budget planning and execution.
  • Support the Finance Manager in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, or ERP systems).
  • Good command of Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
