Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
Accounts Executive
to join our team on a short-term contract (3–6 months). The role involves managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records, and supporting the finance team in reporting and compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update financial records in accounting software.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, invoices, and reconciliations.
  • Assist in preparing monthly/quarterly financial reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
  • Support in payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
  • Assist auditors during internal and external audits.
  • Maintain proper documentation of vouchers, receipts, and transactions.
  • Collaborate with other departments for financial data requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of accounting experience (internship or job).
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or ERP).
  • Good understanding of financial statements and bookkeeping principles.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and time management abilities.
