Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
Accounts Executive
to join our team on a short-term contract (3–6 months). The role involves managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records, and supporting the finance team in reporting and compliance activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update financial records in accounting software.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, invoices, and reconciliations.
- Assist in preparing monthly/quarterly financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
- Support in payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
- Assist auditors during internal and external audits.
- Maintain proper documentation of vouchers, receipts, and transactions.
- Collaborate with other departments for financial data requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of accounting experience (internship or job).
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or ERP).
- Good understanding of financial statements and bookkeeping principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and time management abilities.
