Client Management Specialist

As a talented Microsoft Endpoint Specialist, you will join our multinational IT Team directly contributing to the development, integration, customization, ongoing support and maintenance of u-blox Microsoft Services, Systems and Infrastructures (Cloud and On-premises).
You will actively work on improving and maintaining them, and as a subject matter expert, you will contribute to the team matching u-blox specific business needs. You will work closely together with the internal end-users as well as with the external consultants. You will be working in a high-tech, innovative and multicultural environment, in which you will leverage your expertise, creativity, autonomy and communication skills and stay current with emerging technologies as they mature will be part of your role.
The role is Lahore based with 3 days in the office
Your responsibilities
- Helping on design and implementing the Microsoft Intune architecture according to the Company guidelines, security Standards and the best practices
- Further development of u-blox Microsoft related systems and technologies, helping with designing, implementing, testing and documenting new solutions
- Handling the deployment and administration of the Intune solution including Microsoft Defender for Endpoint distribution and Azure device compliance integrations.
- Handle Endpoint Security including Disk Encryption in Intune using BitLocker, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and analyse and optimize the performance of Microsoft solutions (systems analysis and health check)
- Operations on Microsoft Azure Active Directory and other Microsoft On-premises and Cloud systems
- Running IT requests and incidents (new configurations, technical requests) and maintaining the development, test and production environments.
- Ensuring security & compliance in cooperation with the respective team of experts and provide engineering-level support for corporate-owned devices and BYOD
- Involved in the design of IT Mobility solutions based on business requirements for existing and future Roadmap using Azure/Intune/Office365 and 3rd party tools when needed
- Create and maintain technical documentation as well as assist with training and related materials as needed and develop support materials for teams that will support the solution and user materials for new and existing users
Your skills and experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience working with global clients.
- Valid experience working with Microsoft Intune and associated technologies in an Administrator role
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and Azure (GPO, CAP, License Management, Monitoring, Security implementations/Hardening…)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex projects in a multi-national environment coordinating people of different functions
- Experience with Mobile Device Management and Mobile Application Management using Intune
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills and experience in end-user training and support is required
- Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field,
- Good knowledge of Powershell, Graph API and automating tasks
