Job Description:

  • Support the operations manager for planning and execution. (Inventory management and stock management)

  • Coordinate with E-Com Team to improve daily processes.

  • Coordinate with Customer support Team to improve Customer support.

  • Dealing with fraud management, queries, customer experience and charge back.

Requirement:

  • 2-5 years' experience.

  • Minimum Graduation.

  • Must have experience on Shopify, Social Media Management, and Daraz store experience.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
