eCommerce Cave is seeking a proactive and experienced HR Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing core HR functions, recruitment, and administrative operations in a fast-paced company environment.

As our HR Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping company culture, supporting our team's growth, and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR and administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and performance management.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks in line with local labor laws.
  • Manage attendance, leave, and disciplinary records through proper documentation.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement and retention initiatives to build a positive work culture.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and coordinate training and development programs.
  • Handle administrative and office management tasks, such as vendor coordination, supplies, and facility oversight.
  • Ensure legal compliance in employment practices and maintain all relevant documentation.
  • Collaborate with management to forecast staffing needs and create effective recruitment strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of proven experience in HR and administrative management roles.
  • Excellent understanding of Pakistan labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace / Microsoft Office and HR management tools.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
