Velets Furniture is a Canada-based modern furniture brand with a growing back-office team in Karachi. We design and deliver stylish, lifestyle-focused furniture for today's design-conscious customers.

As we expand across leading marketplaces like Amazon, Wayfair, Walmart, and Shopify, we're hiring an Ecommerce Executive in Karachi (night shift) to support daily ecommerce operations and strengthen our B2B and wholesale client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Management (Amazon, Wayfair, Shopify, Walmart):

  • Assist with product listings, inventory updates, and content optimization.
  • Track orders, prepare performance reports, and monitor product health.
  • Review customer feedback and ensure strong account performance.

B2B & Wholesale Client Support:

  • Maintain communication with wholesale and B2B clients.
  • Help with lead generation and CRM database updates.
  • Assist in outreach to new wholesale accounts.

Research, Coordination & Execution:

  • Conduct competitor research and support pricing strategies.
  • Assist with reporting, documentation, and scheduling tasks.
  • Follow up on initiatives to ensure timely execution.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree with 1–2 years of experience in ecommerce, account coordination, or sales support.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable with night shift (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM, Karachi time).
  • Familiar with ecommerce tools and digital platforms (Amazon, Wayfair, Shopify, Walmart).
  • A quick learner with a proactive, solution-driven mindset.
