Position Overview:

We're looking for a Management Trainee (Business Analyst) to join our team and grow into a future Business Analyst or Product Owner. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about data, business processes, and technology, and want to develop a career in business analysis within a dynamic, fast-paced tech environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist senior business analysts in gathering and analyzing business requirements from clients and internal teams.
  • Help translate business needs into clear documentation, such as user stories, process flows, and functional requirements.
  • Support project and product teams in requirement clarification, testing, and delivery tracking.
  • Conduct basic data analysis to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries for management and clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals align with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an interest in business and technology.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Available to work onsite from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM (aligned with U.S. Eastern Standard Time).
