Job Description:Job SummaryWe're hiring a Data Analyst - VBC with strong expertise in data analytics to support our Value-Based Care (VBC) and MSSP initiatives. The role focuses on transforming healthcare data into actionable insights that improve performance, compliance, and patient outcomes.Key Responsibilities: Analyze and manage CCLF, HCC, and quality data for MSSP and VBC programs.Develop interactive dashboards using Power BI to visualize performance trends.Perform data transformation and cleaning using Power Query (2–3 years of hands-on experience).Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to identify high-risk populations and monitor quality measures.Support CMS reporting, risk adjustment analysis, and data-driven decision-making.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Public Health, or a related field.2–3 years of experience in healthcare data analytics or value-based care programs. >Proven skills in:Power Query (2–3 years).Power BI (2 years).Data Transformation & Interactive Dashboards.Understanding of CMS programs, HCC risk adjustment, and quality reporting.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.Experience with EMR/EHR systems, SQL, and population health tools.Location: DHA Phase 6 (On-site)Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 06 PM – 03 AM (Night Shift)Job Type: Full-time, In-personCompany Benefits: Door-to-door transportation available free of cost.Medical & Utility benefitProvident Fund facilityPerformance-based monthly bonusesJob Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
