The Role

As a
Full Stack AI Engineer
at Soft Techniques, you'll take ownership of end-to-end AI-powered projects, ensuring both backend scalability and frontend usability. You'll integrate advanced AI models, optimize system performance, and design interactive dashboards that deliver real-time insights. This role is perfect for engineers who want to push technical boundaries and solve complex challenges at the intersection of AI, big data, and scalable applications.

Key Responsibilities


AI Integration & Deployment
– Build and deploy AI/ML models, optimize inference speed, and integrate OpenAI APIs and LLM-based tools.


Backend Architecture
– Design scalable APIs and microservices with Python, FastAPI, , and workflow tools like n8n.


Frontend Development
– Develop interactive AI-driven dashboards with , Django, and TypeScript for real-time insights.


Data Engineering
– Design pipelines and optimize big data analytics with technologies like Spark, Kafka, and Snowflake.


System Optimization
– Enhance frontend-backend communication, optimize databases, and reduce system latency.


AI Automation
– Automate workflows with n8n, integrate LLMs, and apply generative AI with PyTorch/TensorFlow.


Scalability & Performance
– Implement caching, load balancing, and distributed systems for high availability.


Security & Compliance
– Secure APIs, OAuth/JWT authentication, and best practices for data protection.


Collaboration & Leadership
– Work closely with AI researchers, engineers, and designers to deliver innovative solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field

1+ years in
full-stack development
with a focus on AI and scalable systems

Strong in
Python, FastAPI, Django,
for backend services

Skilled with
, , TypeScript
for modern frontends

Experience with
AI/ML frameworks
(TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face)

Hands-on with
OpenAI APIs, prompt engineering, and n8n automation

Solid knowledge of databases
(PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis) and

(Kafka, Spark, Snowflake)

Familiar with
cloud platforms
(AWS, GCP, Azure), Docker, and Kubernetes

Understanding of
DevOps & CI/CD
