Key Responsibilities

  • Support financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting for assigned projects or clients
  • Prepare and interpret financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs
  • Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to improve financial performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate financial data
  • Assist in financial modeling and scenario planning
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies
  • Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives
  • Remain project-ready and upskill as needed for upcoming assignments

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • 0-1 years of experience in financial analysis or FP&A roles
  • Strong Excel skills; experience with financial modeling and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new industries, tools, and teams
  • Self-driven with a flexible mindset and strong time management skills
  • Experience working in a consulting or client-facing environment is a plus
