Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers, ensuring a friendly and professional experience.
- Take orders accurately and deliver food and beverages promptly.
- Provide menu guidance and suggestions to customers when required.
- Set up, clean, and organize tables, chairs, and dining areas before, during, and after service.
- Ensure tableware, cutlery, and serving areas are clean and properly arranged.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Handle billing, present checks, process payments, and return change correctly.
- Address customer complaints politely and escalate issues when needed.
- Follow hygiene, food safety, and restaurant cleanliness standards at all times.
- Assist in maintaining stock levels of serving supplies (napkins, cutlery, condiments, etc.).
- Support team members in peak hours to ensure smooth operations.
