The Telesales Officer plays a key role in driving revenue for the Travel & Tours department by engaging potential customers, promoting
travel, tour, holiday, and Umrah packages
, and converting inquiries into confirmed bookings. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer communication over the phone, understanding client needs, and offering the most suitable travel solutions.

Responsibilities

  1. Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote travel, tour, and Umrah packages.
  2. Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into confirmed bookings.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with customers through effective follow-up.
  4. Provide accurate information about packages, pricing, itineraries, and services.
  5. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall department.
  6. Maintain customer data and update CRM systems accurately.
  7. Coordinate with ticketing, operations, and reservations teams to finalize bookings.
  8. Stay updated on travel trends, promotions, airline fares, and company offerings.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or related field.
  2. 1–2 years of telesales or customer service experience (Travel & Tours industry experience).
  3. Knowledge of airline ticketing systems (GDS), visa processes, and hotel booking platforms.
  4. Proficiency in MS Office (Word & Excel) and CRM software.
